Pleasant stay and location is very convenient. Rooms were comfortable and well-kept, though slightly dated in some areas. The staff were courteous & attentive, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide spread. Overall, a good balance of comfort, service, and value for money.

The guy at the reception didn’t care to offer a seat.
The chair has a tattered hand rest.
The hand shower in the bath is rusty.
The bathroom is stinking and floor is dirty

This property is a habit of not giving hand towels unless it’s asked. Always there is an excuse telling laundry late. Safe deposit locker not available in the room. It’s look like there is shortage of locker and shifting from one to another. In our case we asked for the locker in the evening and not delivered until till we complained to the manager in the next day.

マハバリブラム行きを挟んで2回宿泊。インドでは普通なのかバスタオル以外の小タオルは無い。マハバリブラムのHOTELmahabsもそうだった。風呂の湯は安定して温かい。部屋によってつくりが違うが、日本と規格が違う様々なコンセントがあり充電には苦労した。しかしfree.WiFi環境が完備され、Hotelの外で持参のSIMcardが繋がらず大変助かった。
室内用のお茶やコーヒーのセットは室内に完備され足りなくなった水や石鹸も直ぐに補充してくれた。
朝食ビュッフェは南インド料理の他、西洋朝食も充実し、2泊してもメニューは変更され存分に楽しめます。
インド初旅行者につきご参照まで。
